Lately I haven't been posting very often and I don't have an excuse. First it was my pre - vacation mood, than the real vacation and now I'm just feeling lazy. I hope the things will come back to normal soon, because I have so many ideas and recipes on my mind.

I'm back from my vacation and trying to catch up on all the great posts I've missed. We had a great time and perfect weather, and coming back to the big city wasn't easy. I have to admit though that this was my first time going on vacation and missing the Internet and mostly my blog and blog friends. I have never thought that the blog will become such a big part of my life.
As thank you for all of you who visit and comment in my blog I have made a small selection of photos from our vacation. I hope you enjoy it!

Както винаги си изкарахме супер приятно, времето беше повече от хубаво и завръщането в големият град не беше много лесно. Но трябва да призная нещо, за първи път от многото ни престои сред природата усетих липсата на Интернет и по -точно на блога и вас - моите блог приятели. Никога не съм предполагала, че това виртуално местенце ще се превърне в толкова голяма част от живота ми.

Lemon Mousse for “Get Your Chef On” Challenge / Лимонов Мус за предизвикателството “Get Your Chef On”

Hi Everyone! Right now we are spending our vacation in our favorite lake house. There is no Internet or cell phone reception so I'm using the free internet offered in the nearest grocery store. That's why I'll jump right on the subject of my post.
A month ago I signed in a cooking challenge hosted by Four Marrs and One Venus and White Lights on Wednesday .
The topic is Lemons! I wondered a lot and finally decided to make a Lemon Mousse.
There it is:

Здравейте, момичета! Днешната ми публикация ще бъде кратичка, защото в момента сме на нашата любима горска къща на брега на езерото Корбо. Тук няма нито Интернет, нито обхват на мобилните телефони и използвам интернета, който предлагат в супермаркета на близкото градче. 

Преди месец се записах в едно предизвикателство организирано от два блога Four Marrs and One Venus и White Lights on Wednesday .

Темата за този месец е Лимони. Чудих се какво да направя и след известно ровене в книги,

списания и Интернет реших да спретна един лимонов мус. Ето го и него:

Bread Machine Pizza Dough / Тесто за пица в машината за хляб

I'm already set on vacation mode and my desires to cook and bake are not on their highest but we still have to eat something. Here comes the help of the bread machine, BBQ and all the things that make cooking simple, yet delicious.
What I'm showing you today is not what an Italian will call a pizza, but that's how we like it and make it, plus we are Bulgarians, so I hope we'll be excused for messing up with world famous Italian Pizza!
The recipe I use for my pizza dough is really simple and I never had a problem with it. As for the toppings - they change every time depending on what we have in the fridge.
