Meatloaf Cupcakes / Кексчета от кайма

Here's an idea how to change the look of the well known meatloaf.

I have found the recipe while browsing in Pinterest. Here is the original recipe. You can use your favorite meatloaf and mashed potatoes recipes, add different spices and toppings. What I loved about this recipe is the different way of serving the old fashioned meatloaf.

Пораснах с една година! :)

Влизам за да ви почерпя с малко закъснение за рождения си ден. От миналия четвъртък официално съм в групата на 30 годишните. Толкова страшно ми се виждаше и си мислех, че ще ме обземе невероятна депресия, когато времето наближи, а пък то нищо страшно нямало ! И останах изненадана сама от себе си, събуждайки се супер усмихната, щастлива и пълна с енергия ! А и как да не е така, като първото което видях като отворих очи беше гоолям букет и още по - голямата усмивка на моето прекрасно момче, което ме чакаше с топло и ароматно кафенце и подаръци.:) А аз много обичам подаръци, размера и вида са без значение, радвам се на всичко, като малко дете, а когато подаръците са неща, които много искам, настъпва невиждана радост. Част от таз годишния подарък от моето слънце пристигна седмица преди рождения ми ден - пратка от книжарница Хеликон с книги. Втората част получих на самия ден - машинка за печене на мини къпкейкс, която ще ви покажа в следващата си публикация. 
А ето това небе, очакваше да си покажа сънената муцунка на вън, за да ме поздрави.


Изобщо беше един невероятен ден, пълен с много усмивки, хубави подаръци, пожелания и добри думи! Какво повече му трябва на човек !

Bulgur Wheat Salad in Tomato Cups / Салата с булгур в доматени чашки

Today, I want to present you a very healthy and still delicious salad. For those of you who don't know a lot about bulgur here you can read about it. Generally bulgur is a wheat traditionally used in Middle Easter cuisine and consists of steamed and crushed wheat kernels. It has a very good nutrition value, tastes grate and takes few minutes to prepare. Bulgur is high in fiber and rich in B vitamins, iron, phosphorus, manganese,calcium, magnesium and folic acid .

Rolled Chocolate Cake / Вита Шоколадова Торта

In my last post I skipped the recipe for the cake I made for my mother-in-law, as I promised here is the recipe.

My inspiration for this cake was a cake called "Magneten" made be Yoly. The difference is that I used my recipe for the jelly roll and in the cream I'm using only dark chocolate and orange rind in stead of lemon grind. Here you can see the original recipe for the cake.

Birthday cake, vanilla cupcakes and blogger's award / Торта, ванилови кексчета и една награда.

Last night when I opened my blog I was happy to see that I've received an award from one of my favorite bloggers Gaby from "Gaby Kitchen Adventures".
For today I was planning to post the recipe for the cake I made for my husband's mom birthday, which was last week, but I was sо touched with my second award and Gaby's post that I had to write something.
So I'm skipping the recipe, may be I'll make a separate post about it and I'm going to show you only pictures of the cake and recipe for the cupcakes.

 These are very simple and basic vanilla cupcakes, filled with cream I have left from the cake.

Easy Bread Machine Basil Focaccia / Лесна Фокача с Босилек в Машината за Хляб

For quite some time we bake our bread at home, we just prefer the taste of the freshly baked bread. The problem is that it takes at least 3 hours for a bread to be ready...and once or sometimes twice a week I just forgot to start the machine earlier in the day, so we have fresh bread for dinner. Usually I  realize that we don't have bread when it is too late to bake (may be it is time to start using a daily planners or something) So, I found a solution - Easy Bread Machine Basil Focaccia. It is very easy to make, actually it's the bread machine doing the messy  part, you just have to put the ingredients in the pan, and than transfer the dough on a baking sheet or pizza pan. That's my quick fix when we don't have bread. I love it because, it is easy, takes less than 2 hours and it tastes great !

No Bake Cheesecake with Forest Fruits / Чийз кейк без печене с горски плодове

Few weeks ago, while blog hopping I found this amazing blog of very talented Bulgarian food photographer. Not only she takes unbelievably beautiful pictures, but she seems to be a perfect cook too. I don't know how I missed her blog for so long. I recommend you visit her site "Salted Lemons"  and see with your eyes what I'm talking about. All the recipes are written in Bulgarian and English, so the language won't be a problem.
The reason I'm telling you about her blog is that the recipe for the cheesecake I'm showing you today  is from there. It's the easiest cheesecake I've ever done, and it is unbelievably delicious !
The original recipe is for no bake cheesecake with strawberry topping, but I've changed it with forest fruit topping. Also, I'm using Graham in stead of Petits Beurre cookies for the crust.
